The tooling on this kit is a bit dated...There's flash, and some parts could be better defined such as the steering wheel. Parts fit was decent. My kit did not come with whitewall tires and it is molded in blue like the car on the box. Car is finished in the 1957 Chevrolet colors Canyon Coral and India Ivory.

Nice kit
I’ve built this kit before and it turned out beautifully. I had it displayed in a case in my office. However when I quit my ex boss had one of his goons break half the stuff in my office before I could pack it up. So I’m building a replacement and hoping that he enjoys an eternity in H—-.

These 51's are nice kits.
I haven't opened this one, but I know these build up nice. Same for the Fleetline version, that I do have open.. This hardtop is in my lineup to be done at a later date. Also shipping was next day, free on Prime.

1/16 scale kits are becoming more available
Not easy to find large scale model car kits, would be nice if there were more varieties and later years. But this will do nicely
