Easy Cat in the Hat dress up
The Cat in the Hat costume is pretty good, and when added to some black clothing, it looks really good. The hat is made from a fabric with a metal ring supporting the rim of the hat. The ring was bent in half in the packaging, so it needed to be straightened out before use, and it doesn't go back completely flat, but good enough. The hat looks great along with the stretchy gloves. The bow tie has a ribbon that goes around the neck, which is adjustable in length, with a metal clasp at the end. The tail is attached by a ring of elastic worn around the waist. It also comes with 2 sets of whisker stickers.

Hat is all bent out of shape
This Cat in the Hat costume set is a fun and easy way to pull off a quick fancy dress look, especially for World Book Day or Halloween. The set includes the iconic red and white striped top hat, a big red bow tie, white gloves, and a tail, so all you really need to add is some black clothing to complete the look. However: The hat has a metal ring in the brim to keep its shape, but it arrived bent in half due to the manufacturer's packed it in the plastic, which is a massive letdown as it doesn’t fully flatten out. The bow tie is adjustable and the tail is easy to wear with a simple elastic band. Overall, it would be decent set, but the way the hat's packaged ruins this costume in my opinion. How I rate the products: 5 stars: As advertised, works as expected, nice packaging. 4 stars: Not quite as expected, possibly misleading in description or issue with packaging. 3 stars: Average product, works okay but nothing special. 2 stars: A cheap or untrustworthy product, not expecting it to last long. 1 star: Came broken or unusable.
