Fantastic wooden fruit and vegetable set!!!
This wooden fruit and vegetable set is exactly what I was hoping for, very thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted, and packed with potential. It comes with a sturdy crate that keeps everything neatly stored, plus a small green grocery bag that’s perfectly sized for little hands. What sets this apart is the attention to detail in the food pieces themselves. When you slice into the avocado, onion, or tomato, you don’t just get a painted surface, you get actual painted shapes that mimic the real insides of the produce. The onion even has layered peel details, which is something I’ve rarely seen. The carrot and banana are simpler, but still satisfyingly solid and smooth. One of the best features is that there’s absolutely no plastic in this set. Every piece is made of wood, and even the stems have soft felt leaves built in, adding a tactile and visual layer that feels more natural and inviting. It’s a small touch, but it makes a big difference in how the set feels overall, more like a keepsake toy than a disposable one. The inclusion of wooden coins and a price board also adds a fun layer of pretend shopping and early counting practice, which my daughter dove in. She immediately started loading up her grocery bag with serious purpose and headed off to feed her unicorns like it was her daily mission. Watching her play, I could tell this set was going to be a favorite. If you’re looking for a wooden play food set that goes beyond the basics, this one delivers in every way.

fun for playing store at home
I recently bought the BUYGER Pretend Play Food Sets for my little one, and I have to say, it’s been a hit! The set includes a variety of wooden fruits and vegetables that are not only cute but also very well made. The colors are vibrant, and the pieces feel durable, so I’m not worried about them breaking easily during playtime. My child is 3 years old and has spent hours pretending to slice and serve food. It's amazing to see them use their imagination in the kitchen. It seems to encourage them to talk about what they’re “cooking” and even share their “meals” with us. Great quality and perfect for little chefs in training
I got this BUYGER Pretend Play Food Set for my two-year-old, and she absolutely loves it. The pieces are made of smooth, solid wood and feel really sturdy. The colors are bright and inviting, and everything is safe for small hands. The Velcro “cutting” feature is a huge hit. She loves using the little wooden knife to “cut” the fruits and vegetables apart and then stick them back together. It’s perfect for helping with coordination and lets her feel like she’s really cooking. She spends a lot of time pretending to make meals in her play kitchen, and it’s been amazing to see how much she uses her imagination. The set also comes with play money and wooden coins, which is adorable. She doesn’t quite understand what money is yet, but she’ll bring us the coins and proudly say “monies,” which makes us laugh every time. For the price, the quality is excellent. It feels like a much more expensive set, and it has a great variety of foods and accessories. If you have a little one who loves pretend cooking, this is a wonderful toy that encourages creativity and learning through play.

Durable, Cute, and Perfect for Learning
My 2-year-old got so excited when she saw this toy set. I love how interactive it is, and even though she doesn’t quite grasp the concept of money yet, she already understands that the little coins are used to exchange for food. I’m happy knowing that she will continue to learn more about money and shopping the more we play with this set. I also love that it’s made of wood, which makes it feel sturdy, durable, and high-quality. She is especially fond of the little grocery bag, and every piece is just too cute. The only small issue I noticed is that the banana and the pickle don’t have very strong Velcro to connect them, but my daughter doesn’t mind at all. Overall, this is a fantastic toy that is both educational, durable, and adorable.

High Quality vegetable stand
This is a great set of vegetables that we got to supplement a wooden play cooking set that was made in a similar style. They are all brightly painted and well-made, and it comes with a food stand with some price cards for when it's time to move towards teaching math. These will be durable and lots of fun. Only downside is that the food stand could be slightly larger as it doesn't easily hold all the vegetables. Also, on my other set, the velcro holding the vegetable halves together, was a little thicker/fuzzier, which made them easier for small hands to "cut." On the whole though, this is a great toy and reasonably priced.
