Fun for all ages!
This is a super fun product for all ages - I have 6 children ranging from age 5 months to 16 years old, and they all had a fabulous time with this ball! It's super easy to inflate and fill, and is very durable and good quality. It performs as expected and lives up to its claims - it works wonderfully underwater for kicking, passing, dribbling, you name it, this ball can do it, underwater! This product comes from a company that has friendly, fabulous customer service, I am always pleased when I chat with them about their products. Thank you ActivLife! Great product!

Pretty cool
Pretty cool, but heavy when out of pool, so watch kids throwing it out, or will mess up your fence or someone's face. Fun to play with underwater.... something different.

Great pool toy!
This pool ball is a lot of fun! You can actually dribble the ball under the water. After you fill it, it’s sort of heavy (cause it’s full of water) but it floats on top of the water which is cool cause it’s harder to lose and easy for my 2 yo to play with. My older kids had a lot of fun tossing it around and playing underwater basketball. It’s also thick so I think it will last a long time and be hard to get a hole in it. Highly recommend it!

Discolored after a few months
Worked well but became discolored after just a few months. We always thought it was mold inside so often family and friends didn’t want to play with it. We used it for 2 summers before reaching out to the company for instructions on how to clean it. This is when I found out it’s not transparent so we weren't seeing the inside. That was good news! I’m not really sure why the outer shell turned so black. It’s not dirty. Maybe too much sun? Regardless, I couldn’t resist cutting it open so hopefully it provides someone peace of mind that it’s not mold.

Unique Pool Toy - Good Gift Idea!
We were asked to try this ball for free but the following comments are completely objective. Overall, my kids really liked this ball and they look forward to playing with it again! The fun started with me accidentally spraying my daughter and myself as I filled it up. Ha! (I'll get the hang of it.) The kids enjoyed bouncing it off the bottom of the pool but they said it was a bit too small to kick it easily. The small size makes the ball easier for kids to pick up and the "sticky" rubber/plastic exterior is excellent for gripping during water play. The kids were surprised how heavy it was since they're not used to balls being filled with water. My son commented that you had to be careful not to throw it right at another kid because it could hurt, but it also made a great splash. We will try to experiment with the amount of water and resulting weight and buoyancy to see what they like best. I think this would make a great birthday gift for a pool-loving kid age 8 or above. Thanks!

Super Simple - Super Fun!
Let me start by saying that the first group of kids playing with this were not my own. Mine was busy doing something else, so I asked some kids if they wanted to play with it. They attracted a crowd and everyone was playing with it in the pool. They loved the way it didn't sink to the bottom of the pool and it's size was perfect for small hands. One mother reported that they had a larger ball and it was too heavy for the kids, and she wanted to know where I got it. Then when my daughter showed up she engaged more kids in games in the pool and then, during the adult swim session, took the ball out of the pool for poolside catches. The ball is easy to fill and very durable. It's not heavy at all and even a partially disabled child was able to participate in the games as she was able to grasp it, catch it and throw it. I highly recommend this product!!

So much fun!
Who would have thought a simple pool ball could be so much fun. Spent labor day this year in the pool and have to say that having a new pool toy was fantastic. You can certainly dribble the ball and pass the ball under water with ease, but we kind of made our own rules up as we went and had a blast. We really enjoyed playing our version of the pool ball game and made the time go so fast (while still getting quite a workout in I might add). As for durability and sturdiness only time will tell and I will certainly update my review in the future should there be any issues, but the ball is a nice thick plastic and as most of the time it will be spent under water, I expect it will last for quite some time. Couldn't be happier with this purchase

Bought 2!
I bought 2 of these. The first one I thought we'd see how well it worked and if it was good, we'd give the second one as a gift to a friend. The kids loved it so much that we kept the one and gifted the other. The kids like to challenge each other with who can sit on the bottom in the pool and bounce the ball the most! 4 stars instead of 5 bc we found it hard to get all the air out before filing it with water
