Voice recorder broke almost instantly

Perfect for a granddaughter
I recorded a special song for my three year old granddaughter. She loves giving the baby a hug and hearing my voice when I am not there.

Packaging not great
As soon as this gift arrived, I noticed several dents, broken packaging, ripped packaging that made it look as though this package had gone through hell. This is meant to be a gift and Im nearly embarrassed to gift it based off of the poorly handled packaging. I took my time deciding on the perfect doll and found this based off of several amazing reviews. The doll itself its wonderful, her eyes work well from what I can tell there is no damage to the doll itself. Im rather upset with just the packaging alone. Other than that I think the doll is the perfect gift for a little girl/boy. I ended up taping the ripped corners, and the plastic hole in the packaging.
