Great So Far
We’ve just used this in the back garden so far, and it’s been great for relaxing in the hammock. It’s warm and comfortable for spring or autumn nights, and the lightweight design makes it easy to use without feeling restricted. It packs down small for storage, and we’ll be taking it on our next camping trip. I’ll update the review after a full week of use to give additional feedback.

Lightweight Warmth for Adventures
Last weekend, I took this top quilt on a camping trip in the Lake District, pairing it with my trusty hammock. It was chilly overnight, around 9°C, and the quilt’s cotton insulation kept me comfortably warm without feeling bulky. The roomy size meant I wasn’t cramped at all, which made it easier to shift about and find a comfy position. I really appreciated the zipper-free design, which meant no worries about snagging my hammock or scratching my skin. Packing it away was simple since it stuffs down quite small and lightweight, saving room in my backpack. It’s obvious the materials are tough enough for a few rough nights outdoors, though the fabric isn’t quite as soft as I hoped—nothing a bit of breaking in can’t fix. All told, this quilt replaced my old, heavier blanket nicely. It’s a solid choice if you want something easy to carry but still warm enough for those cool nights under the stars. Would recommend it for anyone looking for reliable insulation without extra weight.

Light weight zip free top quilt for summer hammock camping
Hammock camping is increasingly popular due to its comfort and versatility, offering a unique way to enjoy the outdoors by suspending campers off the ground. This orange top quilt is designed to enhance that experience, boasting a zipper-free design to protect both the hammock and the user's skin, and its spacious yet compact and lightweight construction (190cm x 145cm, approximately 1kg, and a storage size of 32cm x 20cm x 20cm) makes it ideal for hiking and travel. However, with its cotton insulation, this quilt is best suited for milder temperatures, specifically ranging from 7°C to 15°C (45°F to 59°F). While it provides superior insulation within that range, those venturing into colder conditions might find it insufficient, needing a warmer alternative to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Stitching etc., looks fine on this quilt I don't see any noticeable defects on first inspection

Good quality, adequate length, comfortable, warm, easy to get out and pack away, great fit.
We found this top quilt sleeping bag to be so very useful. It has no zip, which means we found it very easy to get into / cover ourselves, and the shape is very comfortable and warm. We like the way it is very easy to get out of its bag and pack away again, and even easier to just throw over us to keep warm. We also use it for movie nights on the couch, as it is very lightweight and easy to adjust for cooling down and getting warmer. We really liked this good value sleeping bag, it is brilliant.

Nice quality and very versatile.
Essentially this is a mummy sleeping bag but without the pillow hood or zip. My initial thought was that it would be great for use on those reclining (sleep) seats you get on ferries or on a long coach trip but as it turns out it's a pretty good summer camping bag too. I've always hated sleeping bag zips; mainly because they have a habit of snagging the fabric and you end up in a "fight" trying to get it free. This zip-free bag is a godsend for me as I can just wrap myself in it and feel just as warm as I would in a zipped version. It is very well made, from good materials and is a versatile and useful bit of kit for summer camping or long journeys. It's not, by any stretch of the imagination, a 4 season bag for camping but it's ideal for warmer climates. It weighs very little and rolls up into a cylindrical pack that is roughly 36cm long with an 18cm diameter. In summary, it is excellent for sleeping in a hammock or reclining seat and is just as good as a standard, warm climate bag for camping. At just under £55 it is more expensive than many of the alternatives but I feel it is worth it for the quality you get. I am more than happy to recommend it.
