Not for kids
Size is for adults. Dangerous for kids sins it’s supposed to be tied around the neck / throat. Colors not as rich as in the pictures.

Lovely Fancy dress
It is a bright happy, easy and inexpensive fancy dress. It is definitely a cape, so it just goes over normal clothes. It was comfortable to wear. I did not wear the mask as I wear glasses but added a headband that represented the antennas. I was of better quality than I expected and will certainly do more than one event. It ticked all the boxes for me.
