Good for what it is.
I really like this as an addition to making charms. It works great to add to homemade clay if it's drying out because it adds just the right amount of moisture to the clay. It feels like a standard foam clay and performs like one. It sands easily after drying and takes paint just fine--might need a few coats or cover it with a textured gesso to take paint better. This is not great for fine detail because of how sticky it is and it somewhat sags a bit as it dries, but it's not professional clay. This would be great for kids or for someone who makes simple charms.

Unleash the inner artist!
This pack is perfect for a group of kids. I was initially concerned one pack wouldn’t be enough but we made a lot of figures and made for a good activity to occupy the kids. The colors are vibrant, mix well, and are excellent quality. I trust this brand for a reason and was not disappointed. These items dried well with minimal shrinking and they’re still looking bright after a month!

Better than Crayola with a few flaws.
The bags are resealable. The quality is a little too soft to stand on its own, but adding it on to a base shape, sculpture, craft, is nice . It adheres well. I tried to make a tiny pumpkin for a diorama and the next morning it was just a smooth round blob and didn’t hold any details I had added. It hardened better than the Crayola stuff.

Easy to work with
Easy to work with. It is soft, light and airy. The only issue I have is it will puff up so just practice. If you make a square and leave to dry it will get puffy. I know that doesn’t make since but the pictures are some of my stuff I made. Depending on thickness of projects it will take about 24 hours to dry. . I am 70 an like working w this clay. My granddaughter is 7 and she likes it also

Does NOT do what it says it does! Wasted our money.
Not good! At first the handprint was great! We were so excited to finally get a good product. Followed directions exactly! 1 hour later we pressed our hand into it again as directions advised. Waited 20 hours and it puffed back up and hand print was barely there. We pressed our hand in it again and much deeper than directions say. Been drying for 48 hours now and handprint is almost gone. Very very disappointed! This was a gift and now our opportunity is gone as our little one has gone home. This ruined our Christmas gift from little one to their parents. We trusted the name brand of “play-doh to be a quality item. We really wanted this to work. Now that we used it, we painted it. Sending it back is useless. Loss of money. Does NOT dry quickly, is NOT a good value, Was NOT fun for kids, wasa great big let down. DO NOT BUY! Turns out to be a blob. We even called the pay-doh company, only to find out it’s made by a company called horizon. Which will not help at all. Explained this product in detail and they said to call other company. Was a waste of time. Really would like our money back! Will look for something that actually does what it says it does.

Garbage
This stuff sucks. It did not hold its shape as it dried. We ended up with a bunch of blobs of white nothing. I saw videos of this stuff making incredible things - but best I can tell it's all a lie. We spent a lot of time making and shaping jewelry holders only to end up with nothing…

Play Doh needs to stick to making playdough!
I bought this for my kids Easter basket. They loved the idea of it, with the molds and scented clay, but the quality was not great compared to other air dry clay sets we have purchased in the past. Unfortunately the clay melts, so my kids finished designs ended up melting into a heap of clay. This did not go over well with my 8 year old who spent 20 minutes making her koala and cupcake. And it’s not because our house is hot, it’s just the quality of the clay. My 4 year olds package came without the googly eyes, so my 8 year old had to share, which also did not go over well. I would NOT recommend the Play Doh brand of Air Dry Clay!
