Fun, portable, deceptively difficult!
This was the first Hanayama cast puzzle we've ordered. I hesitated because it looked SO simple. WRONG! This was supposed to be for the holidays but when I told our 15 year old he really wanted to give it a try. Now this is a kid who can put just about anything technical together, put his own gaming computer together at age 11, just shy of 12. He became pretty frustrated but kept after it. I watched a video, then tried and between watching and trying to do the puzzle I forgot what to do initially. I did get it later but putting it back together ... not so easy either. Our son has continued to work on it and I'm confident that if we keep hammers away from him, he'll get it, eventually! Highly recommended!

My Favorite Hanayama Puzzle (So Far)
Cake is my favorite Hanayama puzzle so far, and I own 6 with another on the way. Everyone says "It's Pac-Man!" when they see it. Cake is very much like Pac-Man, because I was horrible at both. This puzzle is hard, and I'm ashamed to admit I googled the solution. I rate this puzzle 5 stars despite the shame I feel solving it. It's a beautiful design and looks great in my growing collection. My roommate is smarter than me, so I give him my Hanayama puzzles to get a different gauge on difficulty. He usually solves them in minutes which is infuriating. I admire that he hasn't googled the solution to Cake, but it's gone about a week unsolved. I kinda miss my puzzle, but it's in good hands.

Hanayama does it again (NO SPOILERS)
Really nice solution. Took me a 2-3 hours over the course of a few days, really satisfying. Of the 3 hanayama puzzles I own, nutcase and vortex being the other 2, this is my favorite. Probably closer to a level 5 in my opinion. Love it

Fun
This is an elegant, well-built little brain teaser. It's the first Hanayama puzzle I've bought, and I'd describe it as challenging, but not overwhelming, and, at the same time, satisfying just to handle and play with. I would have given it five stars except that it's a little difficult to turn one disk without having the other two also spin and get out of position. I think they could solve that issue by putting serrations for better grip on the edge of the disks, much like those found on coins such as quarters.

More affectionately called Huzzle, for Hanayama puzzle, this tiny brainteaser is a stunning work of art. Exquisitely designed by BitTorrent legend and puzzlemaster, Bram Cohen, the intricate grooves make the sweet act of taking it apart and putting it back together a joy to savor. Solid and weighted in your hands, the Cake contains three tiny slices that can be played with like PAC-MAN in case you get stumped and can't finish the puzzle. Very nice puzzle
Another quality puzzle from hanayama. This one made me think alittle but over all it took me probably 45 mins. I have big hands so I used a pick to move the pieces around but I would definatly recommend.

Well made, but not as fun as others. It's easy to figure out how it works but it's a chore to make it work.

Dementia Support
Bought this puzzle for my dad who has dementia. I have bought several and seems to really enjoy all that I have gotten him. He doesn't communicate much these days but the joy on his face when he completes one is priceless.

Muy divertido y a la vez retador de resolver
Me encantan los puzzles de la marca Hanayama, y este es mi quinto puzzle. Es de dificultad 4, y ha sido realmente entretenido resolverlo y disfrutarlo. No es tan intuitivo, pero no le quita la diversión de descubrir su resolución. La calidad del producto es EXCELENTE, recomiendo la marca, y espero seguir coleccionandolos.

Buena construcción y buen nivel
Me gustó mucho este Puzzle, es mi primer Hanayama y vienen otros 2 en camino, en 3 días pude resolverlo (unos 30 minutos por día), al principio parece imposible pero les aconsejo no desespersrse e intentar diferentes formas.
