"Must Have" Tool
This mandrel is super heavy and quite solid, making it a perfect tool. I used it to wrap Sterling wire around to make a bangle and then hammered the bracelet while it was on the mandrel. This created cool indentations which added dimension and texture to the bracelet. It took me about 5mins to make the bracelet with this mandrel. A definite "must have" tool!

It's big and it's sturdy!!
I haven't used it much, but glad I made this purchase. It will come in handy for when I do need it. My only suggesting is, PLEASE put this in a box. It came in a bubble envelope which had ripped and the mandrel was sticking thru. I'm not sure why the company thought a bubble envelope was a good idea for something this heavy and for the size of it, but it is not!! Try explaining to the mail carrier what this actually is used for. ???? I'm sure HE was wondering. ????????
