It’s exactly as you remember.
Yes, there are lots of options and competing products available. But this is the set you had growing up. It’s the one that you want to buy for the kid in your life. They have left it alone and kept it original - if you’re like me it will bring you back. It’s been 30 some odd years, and I’m so pleased that this is available for my kids and making those memories with them.

Cute starter set
My son loves everything trains so I got him this. He loves it and has no issues in playing with it. I think it's a nice set however I feel that the tracks are not as smooth to the touch as some other sets we have that's why I took off a star because they could've sanded it down even finer or added a glaze/Poly to it to make it smooth. It felt a bit unfinished.

Excellent quality just as you'd expect of Brio and I added the amazing light with sound battery operated train to this purchase as well. this set is a complete set and Its exactly as described. An excellent value toy train set.
