Vacation hit
Great fun toy for my 3 year old. He was singing “I think I can” as train went up the hill. Tracks fit snuggly into rocks once you figure it out. Only 1 battery train, the other is do it yourself.

Favorite train set, hands down
This is the first train set I purchased for my son (18 months at the time). The quality is terrific and this set is a great value, considering that it includes a lot of track, motorized and non-motorized trains, the bridge, and the station. The little people and accessories that go with it are quite small so I have put them away until they are not a choking hazard anymore. Even after expanding our train collection, the blue battery operated train and bridge from this set are my son's favorite pieces. I like that it includes every single thing you need to have fun....and then you can decide whether to expand or not.

play value for both 4 year old + 18 month old sibling - 2 trains!
Having 'people / passengers' to load on and off was a key feature (seems obvious but hard to find); also 2 trains so 1 each for 2 children playing together. Also the lift has been a great success. Feel that they will both still love it for years

My 3 grandson's have all loved trains - hey, even my granddaughters. I have collected a lot of track and trains, but Brio is always my favorite. My grandson even pockets the battery trains to take home to his house. The little thief has to bring them back, but loves the trains so much. This kit was a good addition to our collection. The train pieces(see the red and blue parts) do not stay on as well as they should. The track was actually better than the trains in this kit, but both are being played with often.

Brio trains are the best
This is definitely my 4 year old grandson favorite train. He is so into Brio, he asks for them by name.

This Large Brio Train Set exceeded my expectations! The packaging was neat and secure, ensuring all pieces arrived in perfect condition. The quality is outstanding—the wooden tracks and trains are sturdy and well-made, with impressive attention to detail. Setup was easy, and it integrates smoothly with other Brio sets. My child loves building different layouts, and it keeps them entertained for hours. Overall, this is a fantastic set for imaginative play and well worth the investment! Highly recommended!

a nice well made set
good design, well made, adds a new dimension to a wooden track layout; the included battery powered passenger engine can usually make it up the hill to the upper level of the station (but very slowly - young engineers can give it a boost by hand); add the big red freight engine if you want a bit more hill climbing power

Excellent set
This set is excellent. My only comment which is not against the product but more against me is that we found for our 2 and a bit year old, this was a little advanced for his first brio set (it is marked for 3+). The main issue has been with the elevated section and our son not knowing where is feet and are continually knocking it over. Now he has been using it for a couple of weeks he is getting used it it. We have since bought some more track and more basic trains to get him going with it. As a product though, I can see that he will love it!!!

Excelente Juguete
No tengo conflicto de intereses ( declaro que he comprado este juguete para mi hijo, no recibo ningún beneficio por esta valoracion). Muy buena calidad de los componentes. No piezas pequeñas suscpetibles de atragantamiento. La locomotora que va con pilas tiene poca fuerza (tal y como comentan otros usuarios) pero no impide el normal desarrollo del juego. Compatible con el resto de marcas habituales (aunque las de brio se ven de mejor calidad... mejor pulidas y encajan a la perfecccion). Respecto a la edad recomendada creo que es ideal de 3 a 5. Los más pequeños van a necesitar ayuda para montar, pero no para jugar. El precio para mi es un poco elevado (80 euros) pero dado el resultado y la calidad no le pongo peros. Los niños se lo pasan realmente bien que es lo más importante!! Lo que ha jugado mi hijo con este juguete no lo ha hecho con ningun otro (comentario subjetivo). Conclusion: Muy recomemdado por calidad de construccion y por estilo de juego (no violento, favorece el autoentretenimiento). Algo caro.
