Puzzle Love

LOVE all the Eric Dowdle puzzles! They are so bright and colorful! They are beautifully detailed and look great framed!

Washed out colors :(

Disappointed in this puzzle. The colors were dull and washed out (unlike the photo). This is the 8th Buffalo Games puzzle we've purchased and it was not up to BG's standards. ALL the others were beautiful and so much fun to put together!

Customer Service

We’ve enjoyed Buffalo puzzles for their quality and engaging images over the years, so we were disappointed to find a missing piece in our most recent puzzle. While it’s always possible that a piece was lost on our end, it’s unlikely given our years of puzzle experience and the exhaustive search we conducted. Unfortunately, Buffalo does not replace individual pieces or the original puzzle. Instead, they offer a replacement from a small selection of puzzles that don’t necessarily match the quality or appeal of the original. We appreciate the gesture, but the lack of a true replacement is a letdown, especially for dedicated puzzlers who value completeness. Overall, good puzzle quality—but customer service could be more flexible and satisfying in situations like this.

Lower quality

Missing a piece. It seems the quality has gotten worse- the pieces are no longer packed in a plastic bag, just loose in the box. And there was no larger picture sheet like there usually is.
