Fast smooth.
The cube is somewhat heavy for it's size, I have 3x3 cubes that are lighter than this. Fast and smooth out of the box with a scratchy/sandy sound(needs to be lubed) , magnets are very strong and snaps the cube into position this can be good or bad depending on your turning style. Large range of adjustment to fine tune the tension of the cube to your liking. The frosted/bead blasted surface has a good amount of grip and has a nice matte look to the cube. I'm having troubles getting use to the cube, I have a light turning style and at times the cube just rebound when I'm trying to turn the layer, even on the lowest magnet setting this still happens on occasions, my times really suffers because of this. Highly recommend this for anyone with a heavier turning style, Its fast, smooth and stable not much more you can ask for in a cube.
