This fart cloud costume was a huge hit, everyone laughed when they asked my son what he was and then he would push the noise maker. We did have to replace the batteries that the noise maker came with like other reviews mentioned, but after doing that it worked great.

Noise machine doesn’t work
Like others, our noise machine didn’t work. My son wanted this costume really bad or I would have returned it. We bought a separate sound machine.

Crowd favorite
This costume was such a surprise hit. So glad I purchased it for my daughter. Downside: the sound machine didn’t work so ended up having to buy that separately. Plus side: costume is super easy to put on and remove, a kid can do it by themselves.

Overpriced & Fart machine doesn't work
This costume would be great for about $10-$15. It is just layers of tulle and a fart machine that doesn't function. I read another review that complained about the machine, but hoped it was a fluke or someone didn't know how to put batteries in correctly. Now, I am going to have to spend more $ to buy a functioning machine for my child as that was obviously the component he was most looking forward to.

Uncomfortable and sound machine didn’t work
This was supposed to be a funny and easy costume for my son. The rings of tule were super itchy and held together by a weak peice of Velcro that came apart constantly. The sound device didn’t work and the instructions weren’t clear on how the battery needed to be installed in the remote. He ended up not wearing it and using an old costume instead.

just needed new batteries
If it helps anyone - I was also concerned the fart machine was DOA but after swapping for new AAA batteries in the speaker unit it started working, although remote was weak. I swapped out the coin battery in the remote and had a nicely functional fart machine. This is confusing because the batteries are packaged and seem to be new.

Too many pieces
Unlike other reviews, the fart machine worked (but we still ordered a different one just in case). One thing that is not obvious is that the costume includes all these pieces of tulle 'circles' rather one complete tulle top to be worn over the brown shirt (wish I had a pic) so getting into costume involves more work than expected.

Cute costume but broken fart machine like everyone else.
Most people are going to be unable to tell what this costume is on a child or a pet without the audible fart machine. Like most of the other reviewers the fart machine was completely broken even with replacing all the batteries it came with with brand new Duracell batteries in both the remote and speaker receiver. I had to spend an additional $30 to get a legitimate fart machine to go with this so the cost of this costume needs to come down to around $10 without coming with a broken fart machine. It would be worth $40 with a functional fart machine.
