The box came in tact but when I opened the box the hat was complete out of shape & looks so cheap. The fur around the rim was awful. I was expecting the item to be really good quality for the price. Avoid at all costs

Disappointed with this hat, terrible quality and arrived damaged , really disappointed!!! The hat and plastic glasses were £28, I would like refund, this is not even worth a £1….!!!!!
