When my 9 yr old came to me and said he wanted to be Flash for Halloween; I wasn't quite sure if I liked it or not. I thought that maybe it was a little too young for him. However, after looking at a few different options, I realized that they had different costumes for different age groups. This one worked perfectly for him! He's 4'6 and 73 lbs., and I ordered a medium. It fit him perfect! He looked great in it and everyone raved over him. He ended up wearing it to 3 different functions and we never saw another Flash. We did have to put a shirt on under it because it's open in the back under the closure, but we had a solid red dry fit under armour shirt and it it worked perfect. The quality is great and the only issue we had was with the Velcro closure in the back.One side of it separated from the fabric, but we were on the go so we just pinned it and carried on. This is one that we have decided to keep and put it back in the bag and in the closet!

Finally, A Well Made Costume
See my title. The entire thing is made of very durable fabric, down to the boot tops. It is easy to get into, but maybe because I bought a size up. Even with that, it still fit him perfectly. There was enough ties (around the waist and neck) to secure the costume properly. The boot tops fit very well over his Crocs (with elastic bands wrapping around the soles) and they stuck! +5 points there for that reason alone!!! The costume is pretty warm so that is nice for the night. And the mask is beautiful, it isn't squished down or flimsy and made of felt. This is the real deal! The mask is also adjustable to fit their heads of any size and it's so easy to put on. The details on the costume are nice too, no fraying. We took the costume on a trial run to get his portrait pictures taken and they turned out great. For the little zoomers in your life, this is the costume to get for Halloween, or even just for his imagination closet. :) He wanted to wear this ever since he watched Daddy Day Care with me. LOL

Got What I Paid For and Grandson Happy
I ordered this costume for our 5 year old grandson to wear at Walt Disney World's Halloween party in mid-October. Thank heavens it only had to last for the one outing. It arrived with a small hole in one of the seams. Easy to fix but geez. My grandson was 48" tall and thin. The costume legs were too long but I had a bunch of safety pins with me so I could make alterations. This is a cheap costume and my grandson loved it. Even the hat/mask worked out long enough to get pictures. The quality isn't great and I don't think anything should arrive with a hole in it but no harm done. I gave it 4 stars because when my grandson is happy, that's really all that matters.

Nicely made in the USA
Glad to find an affordable, USA made costume. It's a perfect fit based on the size chart (small for a tall slim preschooler) but order up if you live in a cold climate and need to wear layers! Only one layer of regular clothes would fit underneath and he was sad to cover it up with his coat.

Small is too large / seams are sloppy
There doesn't seem to be a size that properly fits a ~3.5 foot tall 3 year old (44" tall). The legs of the suit are about 3-4 inches too long, but the body area is a bit tight. He'll grow into the legs, but not sure about the rest of it. The next size down seems way too small, but maybe they run big too? The custom has a lot of stray threads. Mom spent a while just cutting off all the long threads around the seams of the mask and suit. The seams also don't look like they will last very long. Our kid loves Flash, and we got it as a reward. If he wears it weekly, I would be surprised if the seams around the body and on the mask hold up until Halloween 6 months from now.

Great value
My son is THRILLED with this costume. The fit is as expected. The feet even have elastic straps to cover his street shoes. The material is the typical thin costume material which allows for clothes underneath without being overly hot. The head piece has the little yellow flashes on either side, & they are not thin & floppy like I assumed but rather a foam material which stands up. For the price, this really is a great costume.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice stamp on the top right hand side of the package mentioning that the product was MADE IN USA. It made me appreciate the product more. It was well stitched and size fit perfectly for my 4 year old. He as able to wear a pear of sweat pants and a t-shirt underneath it to keep warm. The mask was good quality as well.
