My son is 3 1/2 about 40 pounds and 43 inches. I got him the 3t/4t and it fit perfectly. He is tall so I was worried it wouldn’t be long enough but it goes to about the top of his feet so he won’t trip on it. The mask has a soft foam pad on the forehead so it is comfortable for him to wear.

I’m gonna be honest and say I waited till the last minute to order my kids Halloween Costumes! I was scrambling to find some that they liked and that would get to us in time! We were going to a Halloween/Toy Story Themed party and everything was gonna be arriving AFTER the event. Found this Zurg costume at the right time and at the right time AND it would come in time! I ordered and it was at the doorstep 2 days later! The costume is great quality and had all the pieces to make this costume look real! (Not just a mask and a one piece suit)

My son still wears this on non Halloween days. There are lots of pieces to it which can get a bit hot yet it is great in a cold October day. When the mask is worn the kid will only see in red since the mask eyes have a red plastic. My son takes it off after a while because seeing in red only bothers him. Besides that he loves it.

I bought this costume for my grandson. This costume is VERY WELL MADE and has AWESOME DETAILS that are very important to my grandson since he has all the Buzz Lightyear toys, including Zurg! I highly recommend. I'm very impressed with this seller and will shop with them again!

Already worn costume
I bought the Zurg costume and it said it was a returned item that might not come in the original package. I was fine with that as I didn't need the original package. What I'm not fine with is that the costume has actually been worn. There are big runs in the material, piling all over and the mask is cracked. It's something I would find at a garage sale for cheap but paid over $20.00. It stinks that the options make it difficult to just get a replacement. It is sad that I'm going to return it only for it to be resold to someone else in its crappy condition. Buyers beware.
