So I think the quality and the outfit is great! The hat quality is great! The only downfall is the tights are huge on her (got a size small as she is a tall 4 so needed the dress to cover her bottom) anyways we are just making do with other tights/ bare legs! Arrived quickly and my little one is super chuffed. Thank you

Tights would fit a 10 year old!! And hat arrived all squashed hoping I can flatten it out
