This was the perfect costume for my son for his school play. He got so many compliments and he absolutely loved wearing the costume. It fit him well.

Very cute! I will say the following just as a note/ FYI. I was happy with the way my 5 year old looked! 1. Jacket does not have a button closure. We used a safety pin. 2. We used a white turtle neck for under the jacket. 3. Plan to buy the little beard & eyebrows so the look is complete. This set does not include facial “hair.” 4. No white gloves are included, though they show in the picture.

Great option for Uncle Sam - buy bigger size
Runs small!!! My child is a 9 year old who is very lean and only 50 pounds so usually wears size 8 shirts and sz 7 pants. Bought the medium and the jacket barely fit. The sleeves were short on him and he doesn't have unusually long arms. Only needed the jacket and bow tie so didn't even try on the pants. Hat is fine but a little large and not too sturdy so we opted to wear a hat we already had. The material is costume type material, but it does the job. Wore for a vocabulary parade and it worked great! Loved that the jacket had tails. We stuck some Halloween cobwebs that you get at the store on his chin for the goatee. Shipped very quickly and sender was very responsive via email. Would make a great Halloween costume or for marching in a 4th of July parade

Even though the expected delivery date was in a week, I emailed the seller and let them know that I needed this for my son's vocabulary parade in a week and i needed it ASAP, they immediately sent it Priority mail and I got it in 2 days!! The costume fits and looks great!! I ordered the large for my son who is 9 and it fits great! The hat stays up great too, I'm not sure why others said that it doesn't. I did order the costume a little larger for him, because others had said that it was small but all costumes are small so that is common. Thanks so much I would definitely recommend this seller to friends!!

My two grandsons, ages 7 and 4, wore these for the 4th of July parade in our town. So many people complimented us on the costumes and asked where we go them. If you have ever purchased a Halloween character costume for your child, these are the same quality. They're made from a light weight nylon/poly fabric. It doesn't not come with a white shirt or the little beard as shown in the pic. but still sooooo cute. We won "Most Patriotic" in the parade and it was due to these costumes.

I bought this outfit for my 4 year old son's school play. The outfit was a hit and worked perfectly. The pants were long so I just trimmed the bottom and there was no problem. I would recommend this product.

Zero stars: NOT what's pictured
I should've taken the time to read the reviews for this costume. The one star reviews are spot on. We did receive a hat, but it's NOT AT ALL the nice white hard top hat pictured. It's a flimsy felt SAD looking hat (see photo). Like another customer said, it's red with white stripes & one row of poorly stitched on stars. On it looks more like a women's colonial bonnet than a top hat. My son is going to use another Uncle Sam hat purchased separately. Also, there is nothing to clasp the jacket closed. It just sprawls open, exposing the super cheap thin elastic of the top of the pants. I will have to sew on a hook & eye to make it work. The size large pants are super long for an 11 year old who wears size 10 pants. They will need to be hemmed. One last piece of info, the large jacket is borderline too small for my 11 year old, who is more the size of a 10 year old. I doubt the jacket would fit a 12 year old. Lastly, it took 3 days to arrive despite being Prime. This item was a total disappointment, requiring sewing time to make it right.
