Dieses Kostüm war das Highlight unserer Party. Es ist super gearbeitet und sitzt sehr angenehm. Die Farben sind kräftig und die Knieschoner passen. Optisch ist es sehr sehr gut und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Fun, vibrant, and true to the movie
The colours are super vivid, just like the Barbie movie, and it really pops in person. Everything from the vest with the attached top to the bum bag and knee pads looked just like the photos, no surprises. It felt like I stepped right off the screen. I went with a size M (I’m usually a medium), and the fit was spot on, comfortable and true to size. The accessories like the visor and wristbands added that perfect final touch. It’s clearly a well-made, officially licensed product, and everything felt good quality for a costume.

Super Kostüm, genau wie im Film
Ich habe das Rollerskate Ken Kostüm in Größe M bestellt, und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Farben sind super lebendig, genau wie im Barbie-Film. Es fällt sofort auf und ist ein echter Hingucker. Das Kostüm ist offiziell lizenziert, was man auch an der guten Qualität merkt. Alles von der Weste mit dem angenähten Oberteil bis zur Bauchtasche und den Knieschonern sieht genauso aus wie auf den Produktfotos. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher, aber für ein lizenziertes Produkt ist das meiner Meinung nach gerechtfertigt. Ein paar Dinge, die man wissen sollte: Die Schuhe sind nicht enthalten. Das steht zwar in der Beschreibung, aber es ist gut, daran erinnert zu werden, damit man nicht überrascht wird. Das rosa Oberteil ist aus Polyester und direkt in die Weste eingenäht. Ein Rezensent hat angemerkt, dass er überlegt, es abzutrennen und ein Baumwoll-Top darunter zu tragen, was eine gute Idee sein könnte, wenn man empfindlich auf das Material reagiert. Die Accessoires wie die Handgelenkbänder und die Knieschoner sind von typischer Kostümqualität. Sie sehen aus der Ferne gut aus, sind aber nicht so hochwertig wie die Weste und die Shorts. Trotz dieser kleinen Anmerkungen kann ich das Kostüm wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist eine tolle Wahl für Mottopartys, Halloween oder einfach nur für Fans des Films. Der Look ist perfekt getroffen und man fühlt sich sofort wie Ken auf Rollschuhen!

Generally great
This is a step up from the standard "fancy dress in a bag" styles you normally get; from the colours to the stitching, it all looks great! With that said, there are a few caveats. First and foremost: when it says "vest with attached top", what it actually means is "sleeveless jacket with the front of a pink tank-top sewn into it". Which isn't bad per se - at least if you like wearing polyester directly on your body - personally, I'm giving serious thought to unpicking the pink material from the jacket, so I can wear an actual (and entirely pink!) cotton tank-top under it. Similarly, while the jacket, cap and shorts are good enough to wear every day if that's your thing, the wristbands, knee pads and bumbag aren't quite to the same level; these look fine at a distance, but are very much standard fancy-dress quality. And it's worth noting that the shoes aren't included; to be fair, the listing makes this fairly clear, but it's worth emphasising! Overall though, this is a pretty decent bundle.
