Fun and educational
I bought the snap cubes to after my son feel in love with them at school. They are easy to snap together, although sometimes he needs help taking them apart. The cubes can be used to create patterns, objects or structures. The cubes also require the child to use strategy when they are building because each cube has five holes and only one peg. I would recommend this product for children ages 3-7. My 5 year old likes using these to create buildings or objects and my 3 year old likes snapping them together and taking them apart. They seem to be good for a pretty wide range of ages.

Handy Manipulative
Not quite as substantial as I hoped they would be but they are handy for counting and other mathematical skills. The kids even like free play with them. Watch out for choking hazard.

These cubes are awesome!
These cubes are awesome, I came across these when they used them for counting at a child assessment so I searched online, and my Amazing Amazon had them. The price is great, and these can be used in so many ways:counting, recognizing colors, sorting, and building stuff. My son loves these, ad we use them for educational play. These are also sturdily instructed. Only drawback k, I WAIS they came in a reusable container; however we have been using Ziplock bag to keep them in one place, and it woks great! This is a great pouch for toddlers, preschoolers, and children struggling with counting

easy to use, effective, fun
I ordered these snap cubes for my 2 homeschooled grandkids ages 8 and 6. I used them to teach place value, addition, subtraction, fractions and more. The kids found them easy to use. I found them to be a highly valuable hands on product for math concepts. I am a retired elementary ed. and English as a Second Language teacher (15 years) and an education specialist (10 years) during which time I gain alot of experience using hands on products to teach a variety of concepts across all subjects.

Easy to put together
I had purchased the Learning Resources Math Links and literally hurt myself trying to snap them together. There is no way my kid could do it. These, while the quality is lower with thinner plastic and sharper corners, are way easier to use. My toddler actually plays with them and makes patterns and build letters.

Easier than other products!
We originally bought the different design from the same brand but they were much too stiff for my 3 year old to snap together... These ones are far easier!!! He's not only able to get them together, but is able to get them *fully* connected and pushed all the way in. They've been playing for only 5 minutes and he's already built multiple "snakes" and a couple letters without any assistance from me. Much more enjoyable for him! Looking forward to utilizing these in our homeschool curriculum.

Excellent affordable toy and tangible manipulative maths tool for kinaesthetic and tactile understanding of number
These are excellent affordable tools for helping student understand number in a tactile form, from basic counting, sorting, understanding number bonds and fractions, they are an excellent manipulative toolkit for any educator or parents 'box of tricks'. Ok, the Learning Resources Mathlink Cubes Box set at double the price IS better quality/colours, better fit and security for poor fine motor skills and has more activities included but if you just need some basic linking cubes these do the job. My 4 year old and 1 year old played with their set all the time (still do) especially in reference to CBeebies Numberblocks, the one year old waving them about like small world toys, pushing together and separating (great for fine motor skills) and my 4 year old in creating the characters and understanding simple addition, subtraction and number bonds. Now my eldest is 5 and my youngest about to turn 2 we use the recently acquired better quality box set at home and keep these (still in great condition) for their busy bags out and about and they still love them but certainly prefer the brighter colour boxset at home but at the end of the day they do the same job if it's down to price. I first came across how brilliant these were when mentoring one of my form students with additional needs through some maths class work that was particularly challenging, as these help to visualise number and by using colour to add on, divide, sort or group together they help students who need a kinaesthetic (doing) or tactile (feeling texture or pieces) approach to learning to better understand certain processes. As such I highly recommend them to any teacher, parent or care giver looking to provide additional support of number and mathematical process plus excellent opportunities for fine motor skills too.
