Great colors
I’ve purchased these twice (I think this is for the pack they had to replace because one was dust by the time it got to me (that was a MESS!) BUT, I love these! Fabulous color payoff, they are soft (hence Box of dust I guess lol) and they blend like a dream. Now, if they could put them in a smaller box to ship. Then they wouldn’t pop open and color every single thing in the box lol!

Bought this product twice on accident, but I'm glad I did, cause the pastels are amazing and I plan to use them all the time

Works well for making your own pigments
Works well for making your own pigments. Its not as intense as the name brand stuff but still works really well. I ground up the pastels in a sandwich baggie with a rolling pin. I transferred the power into some small clear plastic contains I found at the dollar store. No complaints.

Perfect for weathering models
Perfect for weathering models. I just rub my paintbrush across the color chalk and layer onto the model. Very easy to mix colors. Perfect for making dirt look on dark model tanks. You can also use the reddish chalk along with brown panel line marker to create great looking rust effects that will not rub off.

Very Useful
I am grinding the pastels to make weathering powders for use on miniatures. They work well and save me a considerable expense over buying pre-ground products. I would recommend these for anyone with similar needs.

Good price and luv the colors!!!
I’m very happy the product arrive and I tested the colors and wow!! It did felt different but in all the colors were exactly what I was looking for so I’m happy. Can’t wait to use them for my art class.

Beautiful Quality Pastels...Horrible Shipping Methods.
I've never used Soft pastels before but the experience was definitely a eye opener! The Quality of the pastels were perfect in my opinion and strong. So strong that they survived being shoved about and being out of the package by the time they reached my door. Why they needed a HUGE box to ship a tiny package is beyond me...but they did. That is the only reason why i am giving a 4.

They were not earthbtone pastels they had pink bright orange grey, and the colors were not goid at all they were grainy and the colors were diffrent from they looked. Dont buy.

Excellent Colours
The chalks came busted up but I can still use them. Perfect natural colours. Dry enough that I can use a knife to scrape and flick the chalk onto polymer clay items I am making. (Making them look like baked goods)
