These are by far the best on the market. Good job to the company for making such a great product! It’s about time we get some well made/ durable crafts out there.

Brilliant customer service
Loved the item but unfortunately Amazon had sent the product without packaging and with the address sticker affixed to the front of the cardboard sleeve. I was unable to remove the address sticker without leaving glue residue on the product sleeve, which spoilt the appearance of what was to be a gift. On informing the seller of this they promptly replied, explaining they had no control over Amazon not packaging properly but quickly arranged a refund that we hadn't asked for. Was very impressed by this and would use them again, but maybe not through Amazon. I think the item itself is a lovely bag which will encourage young childrens' artistic skills. I would say it is suitable for 5 years to 10 years old.
