Great puzzles. Usually piece not missing but lost by owner
Great puzzles- one of my favorite brands. Also, this review is for the folks who think there’s a piece missing…odds are highly favored, that the piece has fallen nearby. This is almost always the case with missing jigsaw puzzle pieces.

Missing Pieces AGAIN!!
We love the brand, but this is the second puzzle we've purchased from this company that had a bag open and missing pieces even though the box was sealed. Extremely disappointing when you can't complete the puzzle. May have to go back Buffalo Grand or Springbok.

Missing piece!
This puzzle looked like fun, but turns out it was just frustrating after finding out it had a piece missing. Tried their website on the box for customer service contact info. They tell you to contact whoever it was purchased from. This is useless if it was a gift or purchased out of town. $20 down the drain. Lesson learned...will not buy the brand again. It was enjoyable up to a point, so I'll give it a couple stars.

Ganz ok
Leider war ich etwas enttäuscht von der Marke, gerade da die Puzzle so teuer sind. Es war oft nicht eindeutig, ob das Puzzleteil richtig ist oder ob doch ein anderes hingehört. Ich hatte den Rand z. B. schon fertig und er war auch geschlossen und habe dann noch ein weiteres Randstück gefunden. Musste dann erstmal den Fehler suchen. Leider werde ich von dieser Marke keine weiteren Puzzle mehr kaufen.
