"Kaze no Yō ni Hayaku" - It's Samurai (finally!)
Any fan of the "Superfriends" cartoon will recognize the Japanese saying: "Kaze no Yō ni Hayaku" (translated as "swift as the wind") as the catch phrase used by the character Samurai. The character was created specifically for the cartoon in an attempt to diversify the roster of heroes used in the show. While his inclusion in the show was more functional than creative, the character still made his mark and was involved in many memorable seasons of the show, particularly "Challenge of the Superfriends" (my personal favorite), which pitted the Superfriends against the Legion of Doom, and the "Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians". The figure is assembled really well and is very sturdy. His torso and legs are able to be spun around for those looking to manipulate a tornado spin, albeit a slow one. His scale is also proportionate with the many other figures in the line, which is essential when pairing him up with comrades that also appeared in the cartoons. The sculpt is top notch and spot on accurate! I highly recommend getting this figure before too much time elapses and it becomes no longer available.

The crack in the cummerbund is intentional???
This figure left me wanting. There is a rather large crack in the cummerbund of this figure but, this is apparently normal. I have ordered two (returning this one), and both arrived with said crack in the cummerbund. It appears to be part of the design. This isn’t a bad figure, but it isn’t great.

Great figure of Samurai
As a huge super powers can I had to get this figure, even though I never had samurai growing up I had to get this figure for my collection, the detail on this figure is great and he even comes with the energy sword the super powers figure came with originally. This figure looks just like its super powers counterpart but with more articulation. This figure is a great buy for the price and will look good next to the rest of your leauge.

Great figure, lacks accessories
I have absolutely nothing against the figure itself. In fact, I quite like it. The design and detail are great, the articulation is very good, the material is sturdy for the body and bendable for the clothing and even the packaging is nice. The one grip I have against it is that it doesn't come with any good accesory for the character. Not counting the Apache Chief arm, It only has a translucent sword, which for the life of me I can't remember he having ever used on the Super Friends show. Had it come with, say, flames to clip on his body or, even better, a tornado bottom to cover or temporarily replace his legs, the figure would have gotten a perfect score from me. It's a shame it only has one accessory and it has to be something he never used. It's like having a Superman action figure with a bowling ball accessory. Still, that's my only complaint. The figure itself is fantastic.

horrible
When I got this figure his clothing was coming off and it was not attached to the figure. Loose as heck. His joints were so loose you could flick his arms and they would go arond 2 or 3 times.
