We used this for a dress up for my 5 year old toddler daughter. It fits her perfectly. The skirt needs a little fluffing before wearing, but otherwise it came in perfect condition. So adorable! She did wear a white t-shirt underneath since its a bit see through. The hat is attached to a headband to make for easy wearing. Overall, a winner!!
