Recibimos el disfraz en la fecha esperada. Pero al llegar la parte del casco estaba rota. Escribimos para solucionar la incidencia y no sólo nos contestaron rápido, sino que nos solucionaron la incidencia de forma ágil, eficiente y con un trato muy agradable. Es la segunda vez que adquirimos uno de sus productos, pero sin duda no será la última.
