fun for five!
This toy/learning tool is fantastic fun for our 5 children. its durable, makes learning and practicing fun over and over again. we have 6 year old twins, this was purchased for my 5 yr olds birthday, we also have a 3.5 yr old and 6 month old who loves to hear the song and gets excited every time the big kids do. This toy would make a great gift for any boy or girl or even for your childs preschool/daycare/or kindergarden teacher! I would advise buying the whole set (tree,book,cd) it seems to be the best value.

Damaged CD
I was very excited that this item came as a bundle. When it arrived I opened the box and noticed the CD was cracked. My little one as well as myself was very disappointed. He was looking forward to hearing the CD and I was so looking forward to using this bundle for my lesson once it arrived. Now I will have to complete my lesson without it. For one the box the items arrived in was way too small. I’m hoping that Amazon will report this review to them so that they can issue me a new CD without having to return the whole bundle.

Missing parts
We got this for our son when he takes breaks at school. He's autistic. He loves this tree and letters! He's obsessed with letters and numbers. That being said, he noticed the lowercase b and uppercase Y and Z missing. I was told he was ok with that and really enjoyed playing with it. However, he was sad about it when he got home. I can't find info to contact customer service except to return the items or get a warrenty. So....guess I'll be cutting out letters...Hopefully in the correct colors and sizes bc he will know. Sounds like a small thing but if you know a child with autism small things to many are big to them.

I like the product but I had to add velcro to ...
The CD does not work and the felt pieces are not sticking to the tree. I like the product but I had to add velcro to make the letters stay on and I was disapointed in the cd not working.
