My two older boys love them and sleep with them every night
My husband and I started the Elf on the Shelf tradition several years ago with our three boys. I was so excited when I saw these Elf on the Shelf pets!! I ordered 2 and will have to order a 3rd for this year!! My two older boys love them and sleep with them every night!!! They are put away now and will come back to visit after Thanksgiving when our elf comes back. They were a great buy and came with a cute story to read as well!! The reindeer itself is high quality and withstood them playing with them daily and sleeping with them every night!! I will be ordering another one of these for my soon to be 3 year old as he was very upset last year when he didnt have one!

My dogs love this!
During the last post-Christmas sale at my local garden center, I bought this stuffed reindeer as a toy for my puppy as the reindeer was knocked down to half price since it got separated the book. This toy is very well stitched, it isn't filled with noxious plastic beads and the eyes are stitched on tight and are not plastic. My dogs absolutely adores the thing. They run around and shake it it wildly and play tug-a-war with it, but it hasn't torn like most of their other toys. This year I purchased a second one so they each have their own then gave the book away to a friend to read to her toddler grandchild this Christmas.

Cute reindeer helps to add dimension to the myth of the elf
Because naturally, an elf needs a pet. My youngest loved this reindeer. It's smallish, but still a great cuddling size. The best part of this toy is that she is allowed to touch it...unlike the elf. Toy is well made, with a cute story that explains its origins. Book can be detached from the reindeer packaging, which is nice because some combos of toy and book cannot. I anticipate that as long as Santa remains magical, so shall this reindeer.

As described, child loves.
Ordered during xmas so the price was high, I had no idea about these silly elf friends....Anyhow, child loves the deer, sleeps with it nightly. Cute elf pet, she likes the antlers as they are a bit stiff.

PERFECT addition to our Elf Family, and bonus that it can be played with!
Since we already had an elf (Joey), I didnt want to add another elf to the mix, so opted for an elf pet.....BEST DECISION EVER! The book that comes with the reindeer is very sweet, possibly written/ worded a little hard for younger kids to read, but they can definitely understand from the pictures. I love that my boys can hold, sleep, toss this elf pet around without ruining any magic (wink), like Joey has. The book reads that the heart jewel around the reindeer's neck stores all the happy memories, love and joy and on Christmas Eve all the memories helps the reindeer get Santa (and Joey) home!! My boys (5&2) each take turns sleeping with him! Couldn't be happier with this purchase...plus cheaper than Target (win, win)!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

NO REINDEER PLUSH!!
NO REINDEER PLUSH, JUST THE BOOK!!!! IT TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO COME. MY SON WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AFTER BEING SO EXCITING WAITING! I SEE SOMEONE SAID THE SAME AND WROTE SCAM.... I WAS HOPING IT WAS JUST AND ACCIDENT!!!! NOW I HAVE RO WASTE MY TIME ANS RETURN AND FIND ANOTHER SOMEWHERE ELSE!

What's up with NO packaging?!!
The product itself is perfect, and my grandson loves it. But it was shipped just in the clear box that shows everything, no box or plastic bag. So, the shipping label was right on the clear box. Not very attractive. Also, the packaging was ripped which could have created a problem. Fortunately, my grandson was not here when it was delivered, or his Christmas surprise would have been ruined.

Absolutely amazing, arrives in a box saying from North Pole Post office delivery from santa, kids will love it when their elves bring it with them, have told friends and family to buy, definitely worth the money, so cute and the softness of the material is perfect for cuddles
