Not worth the Money
I bought this product for house decor. Unfortunately it is tarnished all the way around the bottom Edge of the sphere and there are slight scratches and dents all over it and seems to be faded in areas as well. Definitely not worth the money.

Very poor workmanship!
The globe in the center was corroded. The sphere was stuck in the mount. once I was able to remove the sphere, I found the notches for the sphere to be way out of alignment with the notch in the base. This made the sphere unable to mount properly in the base and rendered the Armillary inoperative. Lastly, the holes for the axis were out of alignment with the meridian scale and they were poorly aligned to the axis of the shaft. An extra hole was drilled were it didn't belong. See pics.
