Made well, fits well
Fits on my kids hand and even on mine. Good quality, a little stiff for the mouth. But easy to use and the kid loves it.

It’s so soft and perfect for my 1 year old. She loves the Cookie Monster. The only thing is that it has a bit much stuffing around the area where your hand goes and squishes your hand but other than that it’s great.

Great quality, very soft. The head is solid and there is no mouth to open/close, but you can move the arms. I converted it into a driver cover.

Good looking elmo puppet
Pros: quality of the material is good and Elmo's expression looks always fun/happy (at least the 1st unit we got in 2009; the 2nd unit we got in 2010 has a thicker neck and the nose is more roundish; the color of the 2nd unit is also more orangish). Cons: It's hard to maneuver hands and mouth at the same time as it is, but I put rolled card paper inside the arms to harden them and make them easier to move. The mouth structure is a hard plastic that is difficult to open/close, but I found that you can use one hand to move the arms and open the upper part of the mouth and another hand to hold the lower part of the mouth. With practice, it works, although it gets me tired after 5 min. The body of the puppet should be stuffed so Elmo would look more realistic when hands are in. It probably won't fit large hands. The 2nd unit we got has a more stuffed head and softer mouth structure plastic. Practice your Elmo voice and have fun!

(Almost) Indestructible puppet
Let me tell you a little about this toy. As far as a resemblance to the actual cookie monster I believe its spot on. The functionality of the puppet is exactely as expected. You can use the hands and the mouth if your skilled enough but the functionality isnt what impressed me. I bought this puppet because a review said that it was quite durable. Well I have used the puppet to play aggressively with my puppy and he has yet to rip it, tear it, or really damage it at all. If you have a toddler or small child you are buying this for then expect for the puppet to remain perfectly in tact throughout your childs entire life. I took it outside and stompped on it just to prove a point to my puppy that fun can't last forever. To my avail no known damage. I have to say overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and am thinking about buying all the sesame street characters and putting on a play in my backyard for my neighbors who will never show up. 10/10 would buy again. But ill never have to because this puppet will last forever. Long after humans have left this earth my cookie monster puppet will roam the lands bringing joy to every puppy/and or child he encounters. Update: My puppy has completely destroyed this puppet. Disregard everything I said

superbe marionnette d'elmo ! j'ai des grandes mains, ça passe sans problème. marionnette d'excellente qualité, grande, maniable. lavez là avant de l'utiliser pour éviter la perte de peluches. avec main à l'intérieur, soit vous action nez la bouche soit, avec votre pouce et auriculaire, les bras. ma fille n'en finit plus de rigoler, parfait !
