Fits great, true to size! I had no issues with the hat, even after a wash.

Baby Luffy outfit! Looks legit but questionable stitching..
We bought this Luffy outfit for our 7 month old. My husband is a huge One Piece fan and wanted to dress our son up to take pictures for Halloween. This outfit arrived on time, looks like the photos, the hat is good quality and fits my son’s head well, but I question the quality of the outfit itself. The material feels like it will be hot to wear for a long time (we live in Florida) if you’re going trick or treating in this, and the stitching is mostly durable but there are stitch frays and oddly sewn seams here and there. The outfit snaps at the neck and crotch for babies, so should be easy enough to put on. It also looks huge for 7-12 month olds, but I have yet to put it on our son. The tag says it is official Toei Animation merch. I think it will hold up just fine for some Halloween pictures though.

Cute but….
This costume is cute and it does fit well. My only issue is the hat. The hat shape is awkward and doesn’t fit as it should.

It's a bit on the bigger side
I will have to wait till next year to dress up with my baby. It's a bit too big for her at the moment. The material, the look, fit, and built quality is there, though.
