Poorly made. Hot glue strings everywhere!
Not only are bells not attached, the hot glue used left strings everywhere!! And the material is crunchy. Crispy. I’m returning and replacing from Dollar Tree. They get one star because yes they are hats…other than that don’t waste your money!

Large novelty hats
Won't hold up over time but will for a few annual Christmas photos. They're a good size for men but large for women and children.

They’re ok
These worked for what we need them for but they were huge on both of my kids. We safety pinned them to fit better. Also, the bells fell off and I had to glue some back on. I didn’t find all of them though so we have a few blank spots.
