Very detailed and nicely designed
My son loves these action figures. The detail is on point. He gets excited whenever I bring a box to him. He has all of his action figures on display.

High quality piece is less a toy, and deserves to be a stop-motion or collector's display
This figure surprised me — not just because of its design, but because I now own two of them. Different listings, different names... same exact item. Except this version is over $20 cheaper. In a previous review, I mentioned that my biggest gripe was the price. With that hurdle removed, I’m keeping my word: 5 stars. From a construction standpoint, this is about as refined as a mass-produced action figure gets. The joint tuning is exceptional — each one moves with smooth, deliberate resistance. There’s just enough friction to hold any pose securely, yet everything feels fluid and precise, never stiff or over-engineered. It gives you full control to dial in subtle adjustments without any wobble or drift. The articulation is display-grade and the result feels far more like a precision-built collector’s piece than a conventional action figure. The finish is clean and consistent. While the factory paint application isn’t elaborate, it’s thoughtfully done. Matte texture, solid vibrancy, no overspray, no fuzzy lines. It gives you a solid base to work with if you’re planning to customize. The larger scale and surface area should make it far easier to prime, mask, and detail than standard miniatures. But even out of the box, the Blood Angels scheme is attractive, and the included accessories fit and detach like precision components. This doesn’t feel like a toy. It feels like something meant for a collector’s display, or even a stop-motion production. If you’re a 40K fan or someone who appreciates meticulous articulation and excellent build quality, this is a top-tier figure. With the price adjusted, it's still quite expensive... but earns the full five stars I held back earlier. But still EXPENSIVE. Then again, any seasoned 40K fan is already desensitized to molded plastic costing more than precious metals.

Damaged on Arrival
I love Warhammer 40K and was so excited to get this model, only see that the box had been bent and crumpled. This was so disappointing to see. The quality of these models are very nice and something that I personally find enjoyable. For a collector this is a must have. Not much else to be said outside of get as many quality figures to add to your collection as you can!

Red versus alien red versus blue red versus everything! Turns all to goo!
What do you mean do you don’t have any joy toy figures? These things are for superior to the McFarlane in terms of detail, as well as display ability, especially if you’re wanting to army build! The paint work is excellent and the quality is a very good overall! The accessories are absolutely perfect! If you encounter a stiff joint, gently warm it with a hairdryer being careful to not get excessively hot until you get some movement. Just in case the plastic or paint settling has dumped up a joint. In general, I found this rarely be a problem with this line, but I give you this advice to prevent breakage of an awesome figure. A great desk or office buddy for Warhammer fans. And I find many accessories to be cross compatible within the line. Excellent work and visually stunning. It’s like taking a miniature and inflating it with all the details you wish you could get in there on the minis!

Another excellent figure from JOYTOY
For anyone unfamiliar with JOYTOY, these are high quality, wonderfully-articulated figures. Part of their appeal is they are all produced at 1/18 scale, perfect for making side-by-side comparisons or dioramas. Although some collectible figures have elaborate packaging for folks who want to keep them mint in box, JOYTOY boxes are relatively boring to look at and there's much more fun to be had inside. Speaking of the box and its contents, mine arrived slightly crushed, but the clamshell pieces inside protected the figure and its accessories perfectly. In the case of the Blood Angels Intercessors, I already have the Ultramarines version to compare it with. There are obvious differences in ornamentation, with this one sporting a metallic ruby red teardrop emblem. There are subtle differences as well - the gauntlets are reversed, with control buttons on the Blood Angels' left gauntlet where the Ultramarines' are on the right. The smaller, unholstered blaster is similar, but a different mold entirely. I am a little surprised to see they have the same chainsword with a skull on the pommel. Like the other Intercessors, I love that the jump pack jets can rotate and that all of the armor has a slighly grimy, oily look to it. It's more obvious against the Blood Angels red than the Ultramarines blue, but it's not overdone.
