Arrived exactly as described. All pieces present & new in package. Jacket is lightweight, will be perfect for our use. Mustache has adhesive backing. Hat/visor is a floppy material, not a real hat or much shape to it but will be perfect for dress up. Whistle is made of metal and attached to yellow ribbon.

Lack of attention to detail by Amazon
I bought this costume for my son to wear on career day. It says in the details that the visor, jacket, mustache, whistle, and glasses are provided. I received my package the day before my son needed it. The white visor had dirt all over it(obviously it had been returned) and the mustache and sunglasses were not in the package. I had to go buy the other things he needed and wash the visor. I know everyone makes mistakes but if it was a return it should have been inspected before sending to another buyer. I bought it as new and that is the quality that I expected. Luckily I made it work. The jacket was decent material. The visor after scrubbing the dirt off was flimsy. I hardly ever complain but I was very disappointed mostly in the face the the items were noticeably dirty.

Costume just arrived and it was missing the visor and the mustache.
