Adorable
Love these toys for my sons play kitchen, smooth and safe for little ones. No chips, cracks etc, very well made! Vibrant color and the little crate they come in is so cute

Wonderful
These toys are so cute, very well made and a great option instead of plastic toys. We have been trying to do away with plastic toys. I do beach cleanups and plastic from toys has replaced cigarette butts in the clean up. This is a great option for anyone trying to minimize their plastic waste but still have fun food toys around for their kids. :)

Toddler loves them but poor paint quality
I first gave this 5 stars because they seemed wonderful upon arrival compared to most brands bought on Amazon. However, the paint started chipping early and easily on the corners. I also did an at home lead test since it was chipping, at first is was red (positive). But then I realized my toddler had handled them with zinc sunscreen. That will give a false positive. I washed them again and retested with a negative result. However, I still don't like my child eating paint. It looks like food, they will put it in their mouth.

Beautiful but small
I toyed with giving this a four star review based on the size as they are really small. Even with the stated dimensions it’s not till you have the box in your hands your realise just how small it is. However the quality is exceptional and they are very durable and tactful. I have started to collect Le Toy Van food crates for my little girls Christmas present and I know she will utterly delighted to open these on Christmas Day and the size will be just perfect for her little hands but for the price, I expected bigger.

Great quality for imaginative play!
Lovely little crate and good quality wood - a lot smaller than I thought they'd be but they are to go with our market stall (stashed for Xmas) so obviously made to fit that

TRES BEAUX FRUITS
Très beaux fruits très réalistes et à la bonne échelle pour une dinette ou étal jouet de marchande. La caissette contient 2 belles bananes d'environ 13cm très bien faites, une pêche également très bien finie, 2 fraises un peu trop grosses (grandeur nature) et une tranche de pasteque. La caissette est bien solide, vraiment un beau produit de qualité !

Tiny and so expensive!
Yes these are much better than plastic toys BUT: the bananas are tiny (probably about the same size as an adult male's thumb), one banana has the paint chipped off at both ends, and at £18+ for such a small set it's not realistic to buy multiple sets of different items for our daughter's "shop". On the other hand I do like the felt "leaves" on the strawberries and the peach.
