Great toy
This is a nice toy for a baby. It encourages the baby to roll but it has also been used as a teether and rattle. Baby loves it!

Rattle, cylinder, hand-eye coordination
This toy is so beautiful, classic, aesthetic, and sturdy. Our one year year-old immediately fell in love with it, and he is pretty strong and good climbing, and getting things open, but after working on this, for a long time he was not able to get the balls out, so I’m confident that it is not a choking hazard, even though it does include the small parts. He loves it so much that through a diaper change he was very unhappy about. He never let go of it and continued to be soothed by it, though, though he was still sad. The colors are so pretty, I love that. It’s enough to catch my babies, attention and enough for us to talk about the colors, but not so much that it’s difficult to have in a room and coordinate with other things in that room. it also can roll on its side as you can see in their video, and it is a fun musical instrument if you shake it, so this is a really cool. Many features in one toy while being very small and not looking complex. Definitely still fun for kids outside of the initial six month age recommended.

Perfect for our little visitors
I'm usually so picky about baby toys. All the flashing lights and obnoxious songs totally overwhelm me, which is exactly why I picked up the Lovevery Rolling Rattle for when our little visitors come by. If you’re looking for something that’s not an eyesore or an earache, I can’t recommend this thing enough. It’s one of those Montessori things that actually makes total sense. I’d say this is the best fit for babies around 3–4 months. The shape is the real star—it’s perfectly sized for tiny hands to actually grip. I watched a 4-month-old hold onto it all by themselves without immediately flinging it across the room! Our little visitors love just holding it on their own, or we’ll gently roll it and they’ll track the movement. You can really see them learning about cause and effect. A bonus I didn’t expect? There’s a digital play guide included with really clever ways to play and expert content. It came in super handy for figuring out new ways to use it as the baby grows. It’s simple, beautiful, and well made.

Nice but overpriced
Very nice toy but overpriced for what it is. Makes a nice soft rattling sound and it is easy to grab for tiny hands.

My baby kept hitting himself and is no interested. Well made toy tho just not for the age they recommended

Hight Quality Wooden Rattle
As the majority of the Lovevery products - this rattle is a high quality toy! It is actually bigger than a rattle that comes in “The Charmer” play kit (pictures are attached). Lovevery’s wood is always an exceptional quality and there is usually no stains of a glue or weirdly colored parts. According to Montessori’s view - it is important for kids to play with toys from natural materials and textures as this introduces them to the real world the best way. The only thing I guess as with any other comparably heavy toy it is important to make sure baby is playing with it under your supervision. Our LO grabbed it and of course wanted to rattle/shake it in his hands and hit himself with it on his head.

Useless toy for a baby.
I returned this item because my 6-month old grandson hit himself in the face every time he played with this rattle. Because it’s made of wood, he had red marks on his face. Plus 6-month olds chew on everything snd this rattle is impossible to chew on, again cares it’s hard wood. A useless toy and not a ‘friendly’ toy for a baby.

Sturdy. entertaining, well-made baby rattle! Great for tummy time and hand-eye coordination!
This is first item I have ordered from Lovevery, and it won't be the last! I like the Montessori design for toys and furniture and this is perfect. It is wooden, and I like the simple wooden color on the outside, with the fun colored ball on the inside. It feels very well made! This is perfect for our 6 month old - they are able to easily grab it, thanks to the size and spacing between the bars and keeps her entertained! It is light-weight enough that she can hold onto it and roll it herself, and the wood feels nice and smooth. This is great during tummy time and she puts the rounded top and bottom edges in her mouth sometimes, possibly for teething or just to feel the texture as babies sometimes do, and it has held up very well through it all. I think for the price of $15.99, at the time of this review, that this is worth it because of how well made it is - I could even see this being able to be passed down to future little brothers or sisters. Very glad I ordered this and would recommend!
