Very odd shaped pieces and quality of cut is ruff. Not all pieces are interlocking. Won’t purchase this brand again.

I don’t understand the positiv reviews. The parts are not cut well. A lot of pieces (2,3,4 or more) still hang together and are so difficult to separate that its better to keep them as they are. The pieces are not exact so one is not sure if its the right part or not and this is double bad because one has only the small picture on the lid to see what piece could be what ! Its too small to see details and one needs a magnifier in any case. Parts fit together which definitly don’t belong together. At least one has to put the parts outside for some days because the smell starts to make a sore throat after 15 minutes working with it. A never expected such bad quality! What I have to add: It was hard to finish the jigsaw without template and in the end 1 PIECE missing! obviously they sent me a return and the former owner lost a part . Very disappointed!

Fun puzzle!
I really like this puzzle. The pieces are in unusual shapes that help make it more challenging. It's nice because I was looking at the colors rather than the shape of the piece. Really fun to put together. I would definitely buy more from this company.

Top quality pieces, large and sturdy
Just like Soringbok puzzles, this was top rate. My only complaint is it came in a small box and there was no foldout “poster” photo, so the only picture we had to go by was so tiny we couldn’t see the details we needed for getting the trees put together.

very pretty puzzle
This puzzle had lots of fun shapes and pretty colors, challenging but not hard , fun and a good buy. Shipping was great and quality is like most puzzles. Good purchase

Beautiful picture, but puzzle lacks quality
This was rather disappointing. I loved the picture, but the actual quality of the puzzle was awful. As you can see by the pictures, the edges were rough and not cut well. many pieces were still stuck together and had to be pulled apart. I'm not crazy about the weird shapes either, but that's just personal preference. Pieces are not paper thin, but they are not as thick as higher quality puzzles. They are also larger than standard puzzle pieces for this size of a puzzle. Am going to put it together now and will update my review after it's done. UPDATE: This puzzle was in such poor condition, that I decided to contact the manufacturer. They responded within 24 hours and are sending me a replacement puzzle. If the replacement puzzle is in better condition, I will update this review once again to indicate so. But as for the manufacturer's response, I'm very pleased. At least they are addressing the quality issue immediately. Hopefully, this was just an oddity. They said it could take 3-4 weeks to receive the replacement--will keep everyone posted!

Worst puzzle so far
I like the huge pieces. This puzzle is so bad. Pieces were all stuck together. One or two were torn in half or bent over. There was a load of dust in the bag uck. The pieces don't fit together well. You have to force them using both hands so they don't break. It's really hard to distinguish edge pieces. All in all amazingly bad. Shame on springbok
