Top quality hooded cape
This is a top-quality hooded cape. It’s perfect for Halloween. The material is quite thick, yet very soft outside and velvety. I’ve bought cheap capes before, but they were very thin and almost transparent, but this one is in a different class. Stitching is also very well done, so I have no worry of it fraying. The buckle is nicely detailed. I’m not sure if it’s plastic or metal, but it looks good and works well.

Costume quality, but well made
This certainly looks the part and very much matches the description and images from the page. It is very thin though and I would describe it as a very good constume quality cloak, but not something you'd get much benefit from if you wanted to wear it as actual clothing (if that's your thing). Price wise, this does feel like good quality and it'll be suitable for a variety of different costumes, so I think you'll get plenty of use out of it so I'm happy to recommend at this price.
