Rubbish - Faulty mask doesn’t work to return via UPS
The mask has arrived and, upon trying brand-new batteries in the handset, the lights do not stay on. I believe there is meant to be three different settings, however, no matter what I try the lights flicker, three times quickly and then go off again. I’ve tried everything and it’s definitely faulty. Ideally, I would like the seller to send me out a replacement, working mask however, there doesn’t appear to be any option to request this and, despite the mask being defective, I only have the option to return via UPS which is very difficult where I live, unless I want to pay for a return of a faulty item. I also do not have a printer and therefore I’m not sure how I meant to return this. Absolutely ridiculous.
