Ich durfte im Rahmen des Vine-Programms, diese Fingermaske kostenlos testen. Hier teile ich meine ehrliche und objektive Meinung zu diesem Produkt. Sie wird einfach verpackt in einer Tüte geliefert. Nach dem öffnen kommt einem erst einmal ein beißender chemischer Geruch durch das Gummi entgegen. Also ohne vorheriges durchlüften kann man sie definitiv nicht nutzen, selbst so bekommt man sofort Kopfschmerzen vom dem Geruch. Selbst nach 2 Tagen lüften stinkt sie wirklich extrem. Die Maske selbst ist aus sehr elastischen und aber festerem Silkonmaterial. Dennoch ist es zwingend notwendig die Finger nach oben hin noch unterstützend mit etwas weichem auszustopfen, damit diese auch wirklich oben stehen bleiben, wie auf den Bildern, da sie sonst in sich zusammenfallen würden. Sie lässt noch sehr leicht verformen, daher sind durch den gefalteten Transport auch erst einmal riesige Knicke im Material, die man erst einmal beseitigen muss, eh sie in Form bleibt. Für den Mund ist eine passende Öffnung im Material, welches wie auf dem Bild durch ein Netz verschlossen ist. Hier kann man aber durchaus noch Atmen oder Reden. Für die Augen sind nur 2 kleine Schlitze in das Material geschnitten, wo man noch etwas nachbessern muss, ehe man da irgendetwas durchsehen kann. Das Sichtfeld ist dadurch wirklich sehr eingeschränkt. Durch die Dicke des und das sonst komplett verschlossene Material wird es auch sehr schnell unerträglich unter der Maske. Also definitiv nichts, was man länger tragen könnte, als nur für ein paar schnelle Fotos.

Great fun
My husband is a drummer in a band, and he likes to dress up (usually just hats, but this is a huge step above that!) to try to make the singer laugh when they turn round. This crazy mask certainly did that! It’s well made, feels fairly comfortable to put on, but it is a bit hot to wear for very long. There are some breathing and vision holes, but you still can’t see a lot and it gets pretty stuffy! Just hilarious for a joke though, great for photo props etc.

Not so effective
Listed for £19.99 I was really looking forward to this item for larking around but somehow it just isn't as effective in real life as it looks in the photos. I've been examining it to find out what is wrong and there isn't anything specifically wrong, it just isn't as solid or defined in real life compared to how the listing looks. The V fingers sort of hang behind the head rather than standing as proud as the listing photo shows. Somehow it just doesn't immediately look like a hand when someone first sees it and the gesture isn't immediately obvious. The mouth breathing hole sort of looks like a face which makes it a bit confusing. It also is almost impossible to see through the eye holes. I mean I guess this is to be expected with such a face transforming mask but it means its very difficult to wander around with it. Overall it just doesn't quite hit the mark for me.
