I purchased this set as a gift and it’s so cute! Perfect for a birthday gift and a fun set! Melissa and Doug makes such great quality toys. It’s one of my favorite brands and I’m never disappointed with the look or quality of their toys. This set is nice because it’s smaller than an entire grill set so it’s perfect for a smaller space. I got on sale and thought it was a great deal for the price. I highly recommend this grill set!

High quality that you expect from the Melissa & Doug brand. So cleverly designed. My grandkids (age 1-11) love to play with it! The ‘meat’ is painted to look uncooked in one side and grilled on the other. Vibrant colors. Box can be used as a tray or if turned upside down, it’s a ‘grill’ to cook on. Cob of corn is adorable!

Teaches Skills While Having Fun
I bought this Grill Set for my almost 3 year old nephew and he loves it! His parents like that he is learning practical food prep skills while having fun. The only down-side is that he now wants ALL the other Melissa and Doug food sets. However, each set teaches some other aspect of food preparation such as slicing, making sandwiches, cookies etc. so they are absolutely worth the price. Amazon will often have discounts on these and their prices are often the lowest.

Simple yet creative... Do NOT dispose box as it is the grill!
We love Melissa & Doug toys! This set is exactly what you would expect from them. If your familiar with their products, they are very simple, sturdy, timeless toys that allow your little one run free with their imagination. The pieces are wooden and have velcros attached to them to keep the pcs together. NOTE!!! The grill is cardboard. Its actually the box the contents come in, emptied and flipped over it becomes the grill so do not dispose!!!

I'm very satisfied about the way it looks.. I love the box and it looks like it's the same as shown here.. However, it's a gift so I didn't open it and I'm planning to give it to my nephews after 20 days.. From other reviews I saw that the Grill is the box itself that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars..

Doesn’t worth the money. Very cheap material. They use the cupboard as bbq stovetop! And the paints comes off easily.
