Looks so real! High quality and real size
Love how realistic these are in terms of size, color, and texture. These are great for my 16 month old - he's had them for a month and knows what they are. I love these are high quality and look real, and are the actual size of real fruit.

Realistic, sturdy play food that makes pretend play even more fun
This fruit and veggie set is perfect for our pretend play farmer’s market stand. The pieces look realistic and feel durable, so they hold up well to daily play. My daughter loves pretending to “sell” produce and organize her stand, and it has turned into one of her favorite imaginative activities. The colors are bright and inviting, and each piece is sized just right for little hands. They’re easy to wipe clean and sturdy enough for both indoor and outdoor play. It’s the kind of toy that sparks creativity and teaches healthy eating at the same time. Hack: add small price tags or baskets to the stand to make it feel like a real farmer’s market experience.

Great Fruits & Veggies!
Buying this bundle was a great deal as you end up saving on buying these products individually. Great quality that will last for a long time. Love how realistic the fruits and veggies are; they are similar in size to the real things and also have a substantial weight to them. You are paying a premium for Melissa & Doug, but their quality really can't be beat. I know these toys are going to last for a long time and the brand stands behind them.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
These are incredibly nice and durable. They are a heavier vinyl type plastic rather than the cheap shell plastic all the other play food sets are. These will stand up to your babies and toddlers chewing, banging, and throwing, for YEARS. I cannot recommend these enough.

Does not come in wooden crates. They are cardboard.
Bought these for my son's birthday gift. They seem very nice, although definitely not as realistic or sturdy as the older style. My biggest beef is that the description states it comes in a "sturdy wooden crate". There is nothing sturdy or wooden about the crate, just flimsy cardboard.
