Worth every penny
Extremely well made bear direct from Germany. It's not a floppy one that a child would consider cuddly. These are made mainly for the collector, but are great gifts as well. The price is lower than you'll find from Steiff itself because it is not in the full packaging, but the unbeatable quality of the product makes up for that. You can tell within 5 seconds that this is an exceptionally well made item with movable arms, legs, and head.

If you Want a Stylish Classic Teddy
This Steiff bear makes a great addition to my collection. He's not soft plush so not probably suitable for a young child but at this price I wouldn't give it to a young child to play with anyway. He is totally classic in his looks and a very good homage to Theodore Roosevelt, the President who inspired him in the first place. Lovely, dapper bear and he's Steiff well made and will last for generations.

I received a replacement. Steiff is such a high quality product and made by hand. This was my exchange as I loved it anyway. I am particular and Amazon comes through always. The item is stuffed particularly well, the coat is beautiful and the quality is outstanding. Very happy.

lumpy not soft poor packaging
Received bear today was excited at first. Arrived in a plastic bag inside a basic bag. Inner bag has been opened so I can't say I have a true Steiff bear. Makes it hard to give as a gift or keep as a collectable. The bear itself feels lumpy maybe it got crushed in shipping. You figure a nice high end bear made by a huge world renowned company could get a little more than a plastic bag for shipping. The fur feels a little corse to me rather than soft and cuddly. Also the movement is a little stiff. I called customer service and left a message. Hope to get things resolved

Beautiful Bear
This little bear looks so much the one that I had when I was a child. I bought it for my grandson. It is an heirloom teddybear for sure.

Nice bear. Arms and legs are movable
Nice bear. Arms and legs are movable, and soft mohair. 10" is not huge, but will do. This is for my grand child. Pricy, but hand made and for me also nostalgic value. Received my first bear 60 years ago and still got him. Only little bit less hair now.....like me. Ha ha ha

This is a high quality classic toy. Price is the same as on Steiff website but disappointingly did not include an original box.

What a lovely little bear!!
I own some teddy bears from Steiff already and this one is one of my absolute favourites (and the 35cm of this version with grouler, as well). Lovely colour, very nice longer mohair, brilliant old fashioned traditional bear. Totally love it.

Small but perfectly formed
Aftrr searching for the Steiff Collectors' bear online I found it via Amazon at an excellent price. The item arrived earlier than advised, the packaging was intact and the bear itself was undamaged. It was a great price, easy ordering and speedy delivery, all to have this special bear.

Very poor rapping
Very happy with the bear but the rapping very poor expected it in a box so had to go and find a box to put it in as it was a present

Gedacht für unsere Deko.
Der Steiff Teddy war gedacht für unseren Kinderstuhl unserer Tochter. Leider war der Teddy zu klein und er ging zurück zu Amazon.

Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was too small. Also I wanted one that growled and this one didn’t.
