Awesome throwback - glad I grabbed it
I collect toys, mostly 80s stuff, and these Pillow People plush is just super cool. Been looking to get one for a while and finally pulled the trigger on 2! Totally brings back memories. Looks just like I remember from when I was a kid. It’s soft, colors are bright, stitching is decent. Feels pretty well made. Not planning to use it or anything, it’s just for the collection, but it looks great up on the shelf with the rest of my old school stuff. If you’re into retro toys or just want something different, I’d say go for it. Definitely a fun piece to have around.

My nostalgic dream was destroyed
Sure, it looks like the original. It's not as big, it's not as stuffed, and it definitely doesn't feel as durable as the original. It is quite literally a toy, the quality of a level 1 fair prize stuffy, at an exceptionally over priced - price point. I was paying for the nostalgia. I had no business spending $45 on a kids toy-pillow. And maybe its a good thing that it's junk because now I will return it without any hesitation. It literally left the box for less than a minute. That's all it took to disappoint me. I sprinted to the front door after work, probably more excited than I was as a kid. Took the box to the kitchen and I could hardly wait to rip it open. And that's where all the excitement died. Save yourself the disappointment. Keep the dream alive, dont buy this.

Depends on the kid.
I bought this for my daughter because I had one when I was little, and I remember it always sitting on my bed. It’s such a fun nostalgic piece! Being a 2-in-1 toy and pillow really depends on the child—nowadays kids have so many updated toys that my 4-year-old only picks it up sometimes. For the most part, it’s more of a cute decoration in her room. Honestly though, I mainly bought it for me and the memories. Could allow for younger kiddos for imagination. Really she plays with it when she doesn’t want to go to sleep and stalls to “feed her baby pillow that hasn’t had her bottle yet”

Great item for kids & teens
Oh my gosh - it was so exciting to see these have made a comeback! The quality is just as good as I remember and now all the girls AND boys in my granddaughters class are talking about all the different styles! I have a 16 year old niece who thinks they are brand new from the show Fuller House and now she wants one too! Then I had to buy another one for my grandson! He thinks they really help him staying in his bed all night long!!!

She Stares Through Your Window, and Into Your Soul
If you're a child of the 80's, you may be nostalgic for this reissue of the classic Pillow People line of pillows. I was an 80's kid, but I have absolutely no memory of these (assuming I didn't block it). The one I got is called Window Rattler, and it depicts a character that's mostly a huge face, staring through a window that's half open. Why? Is it meant to be a "pal" that's sneaking into your room at night, one with large, unnerving eyes and is decidedly inhuman? It's very soft, a great size, and the image is clear and vibrant, but these are weird in a way that screams Gen X. Highly recommended for people who can enjoy weird-cute.
