Desde la más remota antigüedad, el hombre ha convivido con una serie de especies animales, que con el tiempo han ido aumentando, así como la normativa que con mayor o menor acierto, ha ido regulando dichos vínculos. En especial, en lo que a los municipios se refieren, siempre se le ha impuesto desde la Administración Central una serie de obligaciones en esta materia, sin que en la mayoría de los casos se hayan visto acompañadas de apoyo financiero, técnico ni humano. Hoy en día la tendencia es similar, pese a que nuestra Constitución garantiza la autonomía local. En desarrollo de la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local, y en especial de la Ley 50/99 y el RD 287/2002 que la desarrolla y con el objeto de actualizar la normativa local en esta materia se dicta la presenta ordenanza, que regulará los censos y registros de animales, su identificación, su retirada de las vías públicas, caso de abandono, tanto vivos como muertos, su régimen disciplinario, sus medidas higiénico-sanitarias, etc. En resumen se trata de establecer una serie de derechos, incluso para los animales y una serie de obligaciones que armonicen la convivencia humana con los animales, tanto para los amantes de éstos como para aquellas otros ciudadanos que reclaman

Beautiful, Well Balanced, Highly Reliable

I’ve been an avid Cross pen user for over 30 years. I have 5 different Cross pens that I use and keep a few on hand to use for gifts. The Lacquer/Rhodium Blue Century II Pen looked so great that I added it to my collection. All the Cross pens I have used are Century pens – the classic Cross look. If you are used to the Century pens, please note that the Century II pens are slightly different. The Century II is about .4 oz heavier than the Century, slightly wider and almost ¼” taller. So it has a heavier feel. The Century II feels larger, bolder but it is still un-mistakenly a Cross pen. The Blue Lacquer is a deep blue and when the sunlight hits it, the pen has a bright, neon glow. The pen comes in a rather large gift box. The box measures 7.25” X 4.125” X 2.375”. The box is attractive, well designed to make a good impression. There is a nice booklet that tells the history of Cross Pens. All trim is rhodium – the chrome look gives a nice contrast to the blue lacquer. The pen comes with the Cross black ink refill. Refills are available in blue or red. I like the Cross pen because of the look, feel and quality of writing. Like all Cross pens, this one comes with a lifetime warranty on the mechanical parts. I’ve had two occasions over the past thirty years when I had a mechanical failure and both times the pens was repaired quickly under the terms of their warranty. This is a high-quality writing instrument. While digital has certainly replaced a lot of writing activities, I still carry a pen with me all the time. I love the look, feel and reliability of a Cross pen. I believe carrying a Cross pen conveys a favorable message about the owner.

Erwartung (nicht mehr) erfüllt

Nach ein paar Wochen des Schreibens kann ich oberflächliche Eindrücke teilen: Ein Wahnsinns-Blau! Abgrundtief. Und dennoch eindeutig als Blau und nicht als Schwarz zu erkennen. Kontraststark dazu die 4 silbernen Elemente. Also selbst, wenn der Kuli "Schrott" wäre, was er nicht ist, ich würde ihn schon allein wegen der Farbe behalten. Der Drehmechanismus für die (hundsmiserable im 2er-Pack neu gekaufte blaue Cross-) Mine ist noch funktionstüchtig, obwohl ich diesen oft unnötigerweise bespiele. Wie lange er das durchhält, wird sich zeigen, bis jetzt gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Drehmechanik ist nichts Dolles (u.a. Plastikteile), aber die für mich ultimative Farboptik des Kugelschreibers lässt mich darüber hinwegsehen - zumal wir hier nicht im Hochpreissegment sind. Die Länge beträgt mit dem Lineal gemessen ca. 13,8 cm. Der Durchmesser im vorderen Element (Richtung Spitze) beträgt ca. 0,9 cm an der stärksten Stelle. Im hinteren Element ca. 1,0 cm. Mir persönlich ist er damit fast ein bißchen zu dünn - aber nur fast. Und Sie wissen ja jetzt: das abgrundtiefe Blau! UPDATE nach 3 Jahren: Das Plastik des Kugelschreibers ist von schlechter Qualität. Mittlerweile fallen Ober- und Unterteil fast von selbst auseinander, weil sich die Verbindung abgenuddelt hat. Nach wie vor ein Hingucker, aber letztendlich das Geld aufgrund mangelnder Qualität der Mechanik nicht wert - zumindest aus meiner Sicht. Da hält manch Werbe-Kuli besser und länger. Daher abgewertet auf 3 Sternchen.
