Excellent for plastic models!
It’s my opinion that these Tamiya straight tweezers are wonderful for making any type of plastic model. This review will be somewhat dry because it has been suggested that these need a lot of pressure to hold them closed. That isn’t very correct. There is a center point in length. It’s true if you hold any pair of tweezers behind the center point, you need more strength to hold them closed. You also run a higher risk of the piece flying off into oblivion. Tweezers are meant to be held forward of the center point. I’m sure you get the idea. The tips are 0.85mm. They’re great for holding and sliding on the decals to the surface of the model. I believe that these Tamiya tweezers to be of high quality. Yes they cost more, but you get what you pay for. Tamiya makes the highest quality plastic models with the most detail. These folks also make the tools that plastic modelers need. As I have used many Tamiya tools in my 40+ years of making plastic models. I have always found them to be of high quality no matter what the tool is. The tips make a massive difference between these and cosmetic tweezers. I highly recommend these tweezers. If straight tweezers are not your game, Tamiya also makes an angled pair as well. They come in a vinyl case to keep them in. I don’t think you’ll go wrong with these!

使いやすい
色んなピンセットを試してきたけど狭くしか開かない、キチッと挟めず抜け落ちたり、 模型が趣味の夫のタミヤ製品を真似して買ってみたけどハンドメイドにも細かい作業 にとても使いやすかったです、無駄遣いせず最初っからタミヤ製品買えば良かったです
