Love Prang -- beware of the color representation...
If you're looking for replacements for your current 16 pan set, don't worry that this turquoise doesn't look correct. The photos are off, not the product. I just received the turquoise and it is the same as ever. I've used these watercolors with my elementary students for decades. They are the best. Bold, rich colors.

Same color, looks different
Same color, primary yellow. May look like mustard but is a bright primary yellow when you use it.

Inaccurate color representation
Color is not a true yellow - it’s a more a dull orangy or gray yellow. The website shows a true bright yellow but product is not what I got.

Good quality watercolor
Good quality water color. So nice to be able to buy white separately—my daughter uses white to mix and it always runs out more quickly!

Not the color matxh
It came fast, there’s quite a few pans but they are no where close to the white I ordered, def tan or ivory at best. It also dried and was shiny and weird on my art.

Good for kids
Cheaper than Crayola! The color is perfect for children to use.

Quality has drastically gone down.
I've been using these for almost ten years in my art room and loved being able to pop the colors in and out to make specific color pallets or refills. Unfortunately, the quality has drastically changed. The colors don't always look like those in the pan, which throws students off. Yellow looks like mustard, some reds come out bright pink, and dark blue and violet are hard to distinguish from black. They're also very sticky and goopy, making a mess and causing a lot to be wasted.

Missing two pans
These are really great! I have a bunch of watercolor pallets for students but only the blue ran out. This is such a great solution. Unfortunately, it arrived missing two pans. I really needed those two pans.

Not like the photo at all ):
I love Prang, and have used their semi-moist pucks since I was in elementary school. The Turquoise Blue isn't anything like the photo, which was disappointing. The pucks look like a light navy color, even with direct sunlight. My second photo is a set of paints I have that are closer to the photo of the Turquoise Blue, which I was expecting to receive.

Colour looks different but still magenta
They are magenta but look significantly darker than in the photo-in fact they look like a reddish brown until you wet/paint with them. I am a bit concerned kids won’t realize the colour, but it already happens with the blue/purple so....
