When a 1,000-Piece Puzzle Is Just a Warm-Up
I love buying my mom challenging puzzles because she can literally crush a 1,000-piece puzzle in a day like it’s a snack. This one was the perfect gift — tough enough to keep her busy, plus dolphins (her unofficial spirit animal). She absolutely loved it!

My first Ravensburger
I've just started with the sorting and I am beyond glad with this puzzle. It's my first Ravensburger and this is exactly how the reviews say this is. It's very colorful, the colors are very bright, the pieces can hold together, the image is very clear. I was also very surprised with the delivery. I bought it on a Sunday and on a Wednesday it was ready for pick up. I will keep buying Ravensburger especialy with Amazon.

A good challenge but not great quality
This is a fun challenge. There was some dust but as many pieces as there were it wasn't a lot. The pieces are a decent thickness. The pieces are all standard piece shapes. You can move larger sections carefully without them falling apart, so that is nice. There isn't very much glare on the pieces. The backs of the pieces don't have letters or any separation to assist with such a large puzzle like some puzzles do, so this adds to the challenge. There is no poster/picture included which is fine, except for the picture on the front isn't the entire picture. The very edges are cut off, so that was a little annoying. Since Ravensburger is a big name in puzzles I was expecting the quality to be really good but I was very disappointed. I had a number of pieces where the nobs were bent or just the cardboard was separating. Had pieces where they had stuck together in shipping, not the correct fitting pieces, and even some where part of the nob broke off in shipping in the other piece. I had some pieces where the picture messed up in printing or something so it looks scratched off, which it just didn't fully print there. I really expected more and was very disappointed in the quality. I also had a number of false fits. The cut is just too similar so I had a fair number of them. Then trying carefully to separate the pieces because the cardboard on so many would start to peel and separate. Overall the puzzle is fun and definitely a challenge. There is a good range of colors and such to help separate sections but still a challenge. The quality was ok because of the thickness and pieces staying together fairly well. However it was not good or great because of the separation of the pieces, the messed up printing job, pieces bent and coming apart. So very disappointed in my first Ravensburger puzzle after hearing a lot of good things about them.

Will be a great puzzle
Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to put this together yet. Our current puzzle is taking longer to put together than anticipated. This looks like a great high quality puzzle, we can't wait to start. Also, we found out this puzzle is just a little too big for what we're using for a puzzle board. This puzzle is 48" x 32" make sure you have the space for a puzzle this big! This will be our first 3000 piece puzzle, so this may be the norm for this size. Pros: - Nice thick, high quality box compared to other puzzles. - The pieces are bagged and the box shrink wrapped, so there was no need for them to glue the box lid on. I hate when the puzzle box is damaged on that first opening (see first image). - The pieces are not smaller than a 2000 piece puzzle. The second image shows the pieces compared to the current 2000 piece puzzle we're working on. - The pieces do not seem noticeably thicker than other puzzles, but they seem to have a heavier/denser feel to them. - The colors are bright and detailed. - The pieces fit together well. Cons: - There is no print of the puzzle inside. Luckily the box is large so you can look at that. - The puzzle is huge! But that's the sacrifice you make for 3000 pieces that aren't tiny.

Schönes und herausforderndes Puzzle
Ein sehr großes Puzzle mit in Wahrheit sogar etwas mehr als 3000 Teilen, bei dem sich aufgrund vieler Details bis auf die letzten 100 Teile alle Teile sehr gut zuordnen ließen. Tolle Qualität, alle möglichen Puzzleteilformen sind vertreten. Ansonsten führen die übrigen Rezensionen ebenfalls meine Pros und Contras auf. Mir sind 5 "Paare" aufgefallen, wo die beiden Steine an gegensätzlichen Positionen passen - es fällt jedoch die farbliche Unstimmigkeit auf. Die Maße des fertigen Puzzles sind minimal größer als angegeben, ca. 0,5mm mehr.

Super chouette
The media could not be loaded. Ce puzzle est top. Beaucoup d’éléments différents, pas trop de zones « que le meme bleu ». Je l’ai quasiment terminé actuellement, et sans avoir l’image sous les yeux. Un régal d’observation.

Beau, mais
Le puzzle est très beau. Par contre, une bonne partie des pièces sont « effritées », ce détache, ou sont mal découper. Je crois que ravensburger on de la misère avec ce qui est en haut de 2000 pièces alors faites attention
